Ashley pursued her passion for music at Morgan State University, where she studied Vocal Performance. Her dedication to her craft has earned her recognition as an International Barbershop Competitor and Regional Champion, performing on both national and international stages with remarkable vocal ability and a powerful presence.

Ashley’s musical journey spans across genres, with a notable presence in both the concert stage and musical theatre. She has performed with acts like Josh Christina & the Revivals, The Jets Elton John Tribute Band, and leads her own ensemble, the Ashley Denay Band. As a key contributor to Josh Christina's latest album UFOs Over Phoenix, Ashley served as the background vocal arranger and background vocalist, adding her signature harmonies to the project.
