While Sydney sleeps, Amega is awake, crafting nocturnal dreamscapes into journeys of sound for you to embark upon. Amega’s musical world is the product of her rural rainforest home, melding the lush magic of the rainforest into the sounds of the city.
Amega independently writes, produces, and performs all of her music, also working with a number of artists and producers as a vocalist. She has recently completed her Bachelor of Music majoring in composition and production at the Australian Institute of Music.
Her collaborations with the likes of Henry Saiz, Hoj, Omid16B, YokoO, amháin, and Mark Alow have earned her releases on labels like All Day I Dream, L'Enfant Terrible, & Click Recordings. Her recent work with Henry Saiz on his latest album "Human" has seen her perform at Sonar Festival 2018 in Barcelona.
Amega is ready to showcase musical concepts in a solo show that explores the role of vocals within electronic music.
