Ashton Dupre is a country musician from a small town in Louisiana, Bayou Chicot. Ashton has a classic country sound with a little grit that allows him to strike the listeners emotion's with his songs. Ashton has been rocking honkey-tonks and festivals in the Southern United States with the help of his band, The Last Call. Much of Ashton's success comes from the way he interacts with the crowd during live shows. Ashton said “I want to be able to move people with my music and performances”. His sound has been describe as “high octane country music" that mixes in songs that trigger emotion with music that will get your blood flowing.
Ashton burst on to the country music scene in 2016 with the release of his debut single, "When She Drinks My Whiskey"(30K views on youtube). The single earned him "Hot new artist of the week" on the Iceman show. He has been a finalist for both the Taste of Country Risers Competition and Nash Next. Ashton has had the privilege of sharing the stage and opening for many great country artist including William Michael Morgan, Sam Riggs, and Dustin Sonnier. He has played in prominent honkeytonks such as Cowboys Nigh Club and the Mikko as well as many festivals such as the Corn Festival, Rice Festival and Boggy Bayou Festival where he was the 2018 headliner.
His self-titled debut ep peak at #16 on the itunes Country Chart and his latest single broke into the Texas Country Music Chart top 50 and reached #1 on independent Louisiana country radio.
