CJ Slayer is a fresh Melbourne techno DJ making waves. She's long been in the electronic dance music scene, raving her way to solid musical education.

An evolving artist, she combines quirky layering to dark twisted and groovy sounds. Her sets are driving with a diverse range of groovy beats to dark, hard hitting techno. Her energetic mixing style is uniquely creative in an attempt to bring her audience on a journey to the unknown.

In a short time CJ has made an impact in the techno scene, winning the Your Shot DJ competition in 2022 and supporting international artists such as Rebekah, Nico Moreno, Teenage Mutants, Stranger and Arnaud Le Texier at events with WARG, Melbourne Techno Collective, Dangerous Goods and Track08 to name a few.

She’s also a host at DJ Social Club, a community for music lovers to connect and share music at fortnightly open decks. She’s passionate about social connection and creating positive vibes within the Naarm community.

CJ makes her international debut at Chasing Summer festival in Canada, supporting Tiesto, James Hype and other major artists in August 2023.
