Hailing from the Gold Coast where the party never stops, DJ and Producer Damo Cox is the sure-fire way to get a good time vibe started, whether it be it be a chilled House sunset set or the latest heavy hitting house tracks to get the dance floor pumping. Damo is the man for the job!
In 2015 after a decade of Wakeboarding, a decision was made to stop injuring himself and put his energy in to another passion, music! From the moment Damo stepped behind the decks, nothing was going to stop him from keeping the party going wherever he is playing.
Fast forward to now, Damo has been on support for some of Australia’s biggest DJ acts including Yolanda Be Cool, Lo’99, Wongo and Airwolf, as well as playing at Splendour In The Grass in July 2019.
Since 2018 wher he released his debut single ‘Ready’ he has since followed it up with the ‘Out of Sight EP’ and ‘Summer Sun’ in June 2019.
Damo is a long-standing residency at Rattle Snake in Coolangatta, as well as hosting his week DJ Show 'Shenanigans' on 105.7 Radio Metro (4-5pm Sundays), voted #2 by Radio Metro Listeners for 2017 and 2018 for ‘Best Local DJ Show’.
