Yours & Owls will set up all ticket links and send to artist/agent/promoter for approval before sending live

The comfort and safety of our artists is our top priority, as is the satisfaction & enjoyment of our punters; we want to offer as much support and guidance as possible, so cancellation must be considered as a last resort. Please do not confirm a show you are not 100% committed to.

In order to build confidence with local audiences in the recovering climate, we are prepared to pull out all the stops to keep shows going ahead. If for any reason you do need to cancel a scheduled performance, please follow the appropriate steps:

1. Contact your Y&O booking agent as quickly as possible

2. Confirm a release date/time

3. Wait for cancellation/postponement comms to be issued to ticket holders via Moshtix (this will be organised by your Y&O booking agent)

4. Make your public announce once ticketing logistics have been managed & sent to any ticket holders
