Adorn Bar & Restaurant - DJ Set - Daniel Buckman - @bellosound

Here is a set of guidelines for BELLOSOUND at Adorn Bar & Restaurant with COVID-19 Protocol's in order.

All talent are required to arrive at least 30 mins before their set (or an hour and half if you wish to eat), to go through the security protocols, set up, soundcheck, settle in, and most importantly start on time.

Parking and Load in: Talent should self-park at 900 North Michigan shops, Entrance is on either Rush street or Walton street. The Hotel will provide the validation slip. After parking, talent can enter from the 7th floor mall entrance into the Four Seasons Lobby and go to the Restaurant to meet with manager on duty.

Upon arrival, all personnel in the hotel will have a temperature check done by security. Once you pass this check point you will receive a wrist band or lapel pin which you need to wear during your time in the hotel. Masks are required to be worn at all times in the hotel. Tables have been configured to ensure 6ft distance from the DJ / Talent booth.

Music Ambience: R&B, Soulful, Groovy, Open Format. Particulars to be discuss with Daniel at anytime.

Timeline:
Talent Arrival/Soundcheck: 5:30pm - 6:00pm
Hotel Provided Meal: 6:00pm - 6:30pm
Performance: 7:00pm - 11:00pm

The booking includes 1 x meal per DJ / musician in advance of set. Selections can be made off the "bar menu". In addition, One alcoholic beverage is included as well, with respect to selection remaining reasonable (excludes top tier liquors & wines). Please ask if you're unsure.

Equipment on site:
- Pioneer DJM 900Nexus2
- 2 x Pioneer CDJ 2000Nexus2 (Wired in HID Mode with USB-A Hub)
- Custom DJ Table with Built in Laptop Stand
- 1 x QSC 8" CP-Series Floor Wedge Monitors
- Furman SS-6B 6-outlet Surge Suppressor Strip

Anything else needed must be provided by talent.

The confirmed rate includes travel and parking costs.
