Aquila are excited to announce their first Double Header Concert at the Rosemount Hotel – back-to-back gigs for rock music lovers at Perth’s premier live music venue!

Aquila are Perth’s only string quartet who team up with world class drummers to deliver a unique classical-meets-rock experience! Aquila will play two concerts back-to-back, curated by quintet leader Rachael Aquilina, the first concert will feature songs from the iconic ‘90’s Grunge & Alternative’ era … think Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, No Doubt etc. The second concert, the “Music of MUSE” is back after wowing crowds on its first run – pulling together the best of MUSE in a string laden journey through their awesome catalogue.

In keeping with Aquila’s tradition of keeping only the best drumming company, these concerts will feature the one and only Steve Judd of Perth legends KARNIVOOL… As many Perth music lovers will know, Steve is famous for his powerful style and technical prowess – these unique concerts will witness some of Perth’s best classical musicians teamed up with one of Australia’s pre-eminent rock drummers in this double header at the Rosie!

Tickets are available for both shows individually or for a package price if one show is not enough! The Rosemount Hotel will be serving up the goods with Dinner plans covered if you are looking to make an evening of it and have dinner between sets.
