EVENT SCHEDULE:

8:00am - A/V arrives to set up stage, podium & lighting TEST SOUND

11:15-11:30am - Final sound check before event start

11:45-12:00pm - Guests arrive, music is playing, guests are mingling

12:40pm - -Bellosound to welcome all guests and ask them to take their seats
-Bars stop serving
-CREW SETS UP PODIUM, MIC & STEP & REPEAT FOR SPEECHES

1:00pm - Music Stops & Rene takes the stage to welcome guests

1:15pm - 1:35pm - NO SPEECHES/BELLOSOUND TO PLAY MUSC/GUESTS ENJOY LUNCH

2:15pm - Bellosound to remind guests the raffle will close in 15 minutes


3:00pm - Thank you everyone for coming & supporting Best Buddies. Please drive home safely. If you need to arrange a taxi home, any one of our volunteers would be happy to help you.
