Join us as at the Corner Hotel as we celebrate the music of legend Buddy Holly!This special one off evening will feature a band comprised of Melbourne musicians performing songs from his surprisingly vast and deep catalogue, for such a short lived career. 
Now 60 years ago at just 22, Buddy Holly along with Ritchie Valens, The Big Bopper & pilot Roger Peterson tragically passed away in a light plane crash in Clear Lake, Iowa whilst on a lengthy tour called "The Winter Dance Party", which became known as the day the music died.
Join us as we strive to keep his music alive & celebrate his legacy with a full rock band, rotating singers, performing all the hits including Peggy Sue, Heartbeat, Oh Boy, That'll Be The Day, Everyday, Maybe Baby plus lots more.Guests include Skyscraper Stan, Danny McDonald (P76/Jericho), Lucy Dwyer, J M S Harrison plus DJ Maddy MacFarlane spinning 50s & 60s classics!
