Cartoon Hearts is the latest project from Bay Area musician Jay Chiorean. Influenced by the likes of The 1975, The Strokes, Hippo Campus & Kings of Leon, this new sound is a unique blend of gritty rock & ear-pleasing pop. Combining catchy choruses & infectious riffs, with poignant & powerful lyrics, Cartoon Hearts is pop music with teeth & substance. Their last Art Boutiki show was a sellout, so well worth putting this show on your calendar.

Appearing with Cartoon Hearts will be LA based Easy Sleeper, self-described as driving melodic romantic indie band/ Opening the night will be Brother Swan, also from LA. With inspirations like My Bloody Valentine, LCD Soundsystem, Elliott Smith, Alex G, and David Bowie, their music collages wall-of-sound guitars, hazy vocal harmonies, and jangling percussion to create something unique yet familiar.
