Load in: 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Soundcheck: 5:00pm - 5:30pm

Pre-cocktail reception : 6:30pm – 7:30pm (DJ to be set up with music playing by 6pm for any early arrivals)

Fashion Show: 7:30pm - 8:15pm

Post-cocktail reception : 8:15pm – 10:00pm (guests likely to be out of venue by 9:30pm, but buffering an extra 30 minutes just in case)

Strike: 11:00pm - 1:00am
