"The dinner program takes places from 6:30-8:30pm and we would incorporate her into 2 parts of the dinner:
We would have her perform for 20 minutes within the dinner service (approx. time 7:25-7:45pm). This would be during the plated dinner service taking place.
We would have her do a final evening performance to close out during the last three minute of the event (approx. 8:25-8:30pm). We envision this being one upbeat, high energy song that closes out the event with a celebratory feel."
