Following the successful release of their live single 'Locked Down (live at the Mambo Kitchen)' in late 2019 Chloe Kay and The Crusade spent early 2020 busking on the streets of Sydney, playing headline shows at Lazybones, supporting Mcdermott & North and more. After COVID hit and live music took a hiatus the five piece soulful blues band hit Parliament Studios to record their fiery debut single 'Just Got Burned' and now they're heading to The Vanguard to launch it.

Inspired by blues rockers, country crooners, soul singers and guitar slingers from times past and present Chloe Kay and The Crusade capture the ears, eyes, and hearts of every audience they play in front of. With soulful, vibrato filled vocals, whirling blues keys, stunning blues guitar and a strong and stylish rhythm section you'll be hard pressed to find a better show on a Thursday night.

The band will be supported by the inner west's very own alternative blues rock band The Minties.
