Sydney based Danté Knows is a young, independent songwriter and recording artist born and
raised in the mecca of Hip-Hop: Brooklyn, New York. Dante began his musical journey writing
poetry in high school, later turning that poetry into curated lyrics. His commanding presence has
seen him develop into a powerhouse, capable of writing, producing and performing with a
standard that sets the bar. Coming from a West Indian background, Dante was raised on
reggae, dancehall and the heavy bass trap movement. The additional influences of Lil Wayne,
Vybz Cartel, Tame Impala and A$AP Rocky inspires his cold flow and genre-bending sound. It
was a busy 2019 for Dante as he adorned the stage with Aussie legends Sticky Fingers across
Australia supporting Stadium-filled tours across Australia performing a slew of unreleased tracks
he has been working on. He has used 2020 to establish a presence in Australia and collaborate
with many unique artists such as Triple One, Lil Spacely, Goldfang and more.
