Cocktails:- 7:15pm-7:45pm ( to be played from a Bello iPod, through the in-house system by the bar area)
Dinner/Speeches: - 7:45pm-9:30pm - DJ to make announcements as needed
Dancing: 9:30pm-1:00am - DJ to take requests from Bride, Groom and guests.
Strike: 1:00am-3:00am

Sax Set:

Set #1 - Post ceremony cocktail hour (6:45pm - 7:45pm)
Set #2 - Small set during dinner between speeches (full dinner service 7:45-10pm) > Lexi will advise best time
Set #3 - Post dinner (family friendly) dancing (10-11:30)

For the first set we are going to be having the recession song of - "Fly Me to the Moon" by Frank Sinatra. Might be great for the Sax player to jump on on that as we leave the altar. Additionally, since the first dance is a bit instrumental with "You are the best thing" that could be a fun way to jump back in on set #2. Let me know what you think.
