Kick off the long weekend with a triple bill of iconic Perth talent, featuring three bands stacked with local music legends.

Deep Beep
Five-ish men-ish, some of whomz are father-ish to child-ishz, coming together as a “last hope” (definitely not a new hope) for weary, unhealthy people everywhere. After years spent wandering around shops, catching buses, avoiding calls, and consuming “lots of pasta” alongside “plenty of brown time,” Deep Beep emerged in 2022. Featuring members of The Tucker B’s, Umpire, Wormfarm, and more, their latest collection Mind the Brain is your chance to curl up in the hug of their collective genius.

Los Removalists
Freo’s finest four-piece, tackling middle-aged crises with blistering riffs and high-energy original tracks. If you like it hard and fast, this band delivers every time.

Phantom Island
Featuring members of The Painkillers, Broken Gnomes, and indie-pop icons Charlotte’s Web, this supergroup is a melting pot of Perth music royalty.

Charlotte’s Web reshaped the indie scene in the late '80s with their experimental sound and iconic releases like Flies in the Face of.... Members like Felicity "Flick" Dear and Kym Skipworth left lasting imprints, crossing over into projects like The Indian Givers and Wooden Fische.

Joe Bludge, Phantom Island’s driving force, is no stranger to the stage. A stalwart of The Painkillers, Joe’s raw acoustic energy paired with the massive beats of James Baker made them a "dirty-ass rock 'n' roll" staple in Perth since 2005. The Painkillers’ garage audacity and punk-tinged roots still echo through Joe's performances.
