DJILBA FEST 2026

Presented by Lachy John And The Red Bellies & Wyola

Featuring: FEATURING ANGIE COLMAN + LACHY JOHN AND THE RED BELLIES + MONGEEYA + RHYTHM TIDE + SIOBHAN COTCHIN + TALK SHOW + DJS ALL NIGHT

Following a sold-out debut, DJILBA FEST returns in 2026 at Wyola in Walyalup (Fremantle).

Inspired by Djilba, the Nyoongar season of conception and renewal, DJILBA FEST is a celebration of live music, community and the changing of the seasons.

Created by proud Nyoongar musician Lachy John, the festival was born from a simple idea: bringing people back together after the quieter winter months. As the weather begins to warm, DJILBA FEST invites audiences to reconnect through live music, shared experiences and a welcoming community atmosphere.

While the lineup spans a range of genres - including country, blues, folk and indie - the festival also provides a platform to celebrate Indigenous culture and creativity alongside the incredible diversity of Western Australia's music scene. Rather than focusing on one sound, DJILBA FEST aims to bring together artists and audiences from different corners of the community, encouraging discovery, collaboration and connection.

Join us on Saturday 29 August for an evening celebrating music, community and the spirit of Djilba.
