End Notes is a sweeping jazz collective of musicians, producers, vocalists and MCs that has grown out of a series of residencies over the last 5 years in various landmark Sydney venues including the Cake Wines Cellar Door, Mary's Underground and the Establishment. Led by bass player Edward Lyons, the band in its various forms places a big emphasis on high energy group improvisation whether it be performing original material and re-interpretations of Latin, Afrobeat and soul cuts.
