Fat Picnic is a soul-ska coalition that double hardly punches you in the heart and legs. The picnic was founded in 2012 on purity and love but was quickly corrupted by an unquenchable lust for groove and outstanding noises. This 8-piece groove troupe spends its better days blasting love and good vibes into ears and faces of the audiences of the south east Queensland and Northern Rivers. Since acquiring a new front man in 2015, the group has been cooking up a whole new array and will be bring this tasty musical treat to NightQuarter’s main stage. By bringing you a soul food dining experience while relaxing on the beanbag Fat Picnic will give you hints of Dub, Funk, Soul, Ska, and over-the-moon euphoric horn lines, there just aren’t no party like a Fat Picnic soul party!

Hoo8Hoo has been spotted busking at NightQuarter now it's their turn on the main stage. Tim started playing the guitar when he was 7. He has since developed into a talented guitarist with great natural vocals. Sam started playing the drums and percussion when he was 5. He also has great vocals and together they do amazing harmonies. Hoo8Hoo have a maturity and passion with their music that is well beyond their years. This is clearly displayed when they perform. All of which is always appreciated and acknowledged by their audiences. Hoo8Hoo has been spotted busking at NightQuarter now it's their turn on the main stage.
