Wherever I go’s conception was the result of a casual invitation to the studio on a boring day.
Deciding to get together and try working with each other for the first time spawned two attempts at a song, one about starting a fight in a kebab shop (Release in contention) and another track about the complications of a relationship after its run its course, and the effect the actions of the two parties can have on the other.
A collaboration between producers Oli Scott and Matt Templeman, results in a trappy summer track with plucky strings to carry the bitter sweetness of the song.
It’s a favourite of the STAYWELL crew and we know you’re going to love it.
