Flippy Floppy is a Talking Heads tribute band from the East Bay. They will be making their Art Boutiki debut with a set dedicated to Stop Making Sense.

Opening the night will be Bang On, which pays tribute to the era of 90's Britpop including Blur, Oasis, Radiohead, and the Stone Roses.
