BELLOSOUND Guidelines 2020

All talent are required to arrive at least 30 mins before their set (or an hour and half if you wish to eat), to go through the security protocols, set up, soundcheck, settle in, and most importantly start on time.

Upon arrival, you will have a temperature check done by security. Once you pass this check point you will receive a wristband or lapel pin which you need to wear during your time in the hotel. We do ask that you abide by social distancing guidelines. Masks are required to be worn at all times in the hotel.

Tables have been configured to ensure 6ft distance from the DJ / Talent booth.

Please come dressed to impress.

Timeline:

5:30PM Talent Arrival/Soundcheck

Check in with Daniel when all is good and you’re rolling

5:00-6:00PM Talent meal will be served meals in the cafeteria, L.Park on floor -1.
Meals are available up in JG SkyHigh as well - limit is 1 item and no alcoholic beverage.

6:00-10:00PM Performance
4 x 45 min sets with 15 minute breaks

Equipment on site:

- Pioneer DJM 900 SRT
- 2x Pioneer CDJ 2000 Nexus
- 2x Turbosound iNSPIRE 1000 powered monitors
- 1x microphone w/ stand, XLR cables (Stored on coat check behind concierge)

**Anything else needed, must be provided by talent.
***Please take care of the performance area. Replace / plug in any cables that you moved or unplugged. Do not move taped cables. Bring your own power bar if required for live band.
