Musical equipment is the Artist(s) own responsibility
The Venue or Venue Booker accepts no responsibility for any loss of Artist(s) equipment whilst on the premises
All Artist(s) require insurance to play at the Venue
A Certificate of Currency must be provided upon request
All Artist(s) will supply their own musical equipment for performance
Any damages to PA / Lighting or Venue Property by the Artist(s) or their employees will be the liability & responsibility of that Artist & repair costs will be deducted from artist(s) income. If Artist(s) income doesn’t cover losses then they will be invoiced for balance
All artist(s) that book the Venue are subject to these Terms & Conditions
All fire exits must be clear of gear at all times
