A native of Tennessee and a resident of Katoomba since early 2020, Gaines Post brings a diverse musical background to the upper Blue Mountains music family. Playing acoustic guitar, he sings both originals and covers, ranging from folk to bluegrass to acoustic renditions of rock and pop. In addition, Gaines has played the flute for many years and is influenced by various Celtic, jazz, blues, and Scandinavian folk traditions. During his solo performances, he often alternates between instrumentals and "sangin-songs", as he calls them.

Presented by 'Music in the Mountains', Aunty Ed's 'Sunday Session' is home to the best grooves you will find anywhere in the Blue Mountains.
