Heidi Swan | Mildly Rocked, Soulfully Raw | A Night with a Rockin’ Blues Singer/Songwriter
Montana’s Heidi Swan hit the indie music scene in 2000 with her critically acclaimed debut album “Plain Words.” In 2002 she performed with Jazz Saxophone artist Kenney Polson during the 2002 Winter Olympics at the Winter Dome. While continuing her music career, Swan has graced the stage of many famed venues such as L.A.’s Viper Room, Hotel Café, the Derby, Redondo Beach Playhouse Theater as well as San Francisco’s Ghiradelli Square, Seattle’s Vermillion, Conway Muse, Atlanta’s Eddie’s Attic, Charlotte’s Evening Muse, New York’s “Save Coney Island” benefit show and many festivals across the nation.
Swan teamed up with L.A.’s multi-platinum award winning producer, Paul Chiten in 2005 and they began writing and producing what is now an award-winning EP “Take It All.”
In 2007 Swan won a first place Song of the Year award sponsored by VH1’s Save The Music Foundation for her dance remix “Take It All,” 2008 an ISSA honorable mention for “As Real As It Gets,” and 2009 Honorable Mention Song of the Year award for “As Real As It Gets.”
2007-2008 Heidi joined the cast and crew as the featured musical artist for KMichael Productions “Comedy Slams and Jams” tour with HBO, Showtime and Comedy Central comedians Kris “Kid” Reid, Joey Diaz and Jill-Michele Melean.
2010 Swan’s single “As Real As It Gets” grabbed attention in Nashville and was recorded by sister duo group The Ramski’s on their debut album “Lost In Your Eyes” produced by Dave Moody and released on Lamon Records, Nashville, TN.
Currently Heidi is ranked #1 on Reverbnation in the Seattle area rock category and is writing and working on her next recording project and performing on the West coast.
