It’s been a minute, but we’re back with a bang thanks to Illegal Tender Rum Co!
2022 is flying on by and as we approach the cooler months, we’ve decided to dish up a night out that’ll beat a cozy night in


Based 3 hours North in Dongara, ILLEGAL TENDER are a family run distillery producing several varieties of rum, plus their Stableviews ‘Abrolhos’ Gin.. and we’ll be treating you to both!
Kicking off at 5pm on the ‘Lawn’ in Rosemount’s Courtyard, we will be running a tasting with the crew from IT to help you decide which spirit you’d like in your first drink, which we are including in the ticket price! 

At 8pm we will then be opening up the doors to four5nine bar, where you can catch three LIVE sets throughout the night, whilst making your way through an exclusive cocktail menu!
