New club night Hold Tight will see frequent collaborators Good Manners and Niche Productions curate diverse, engaging lineups of both international and local talent - with a number of incredible electronic acts to be announced over the coming months.
To launch the new partnership, we are excited to welcome critically-acclaimed UK producer Clark, who'll be playing a special one-off show on Friday February 24 at Melbourne's The Night Cat. The Warp Records artist has not visited Australia since touring extensively a couple of years back, and will be showcasing music from his stunning 2016 release The Last Panthers.
Berlin-based Clark has operated as a flagship artist for legendary UK label Warp (Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin, Battles) since being signed as a student back in 2000. The prolific has since released numerous records, with his unique take on electronic music being celebrated by a legion of fans worldwide. His live shows see Clark create everything through live instrumentation, demonstrated in sets at the likes of Berghain, Pritzker Pavilion and multiple Boiler Room sets.
Oscar Key Sung has existed as one of Melbourne's shining lights for some time now, and will once again find himself in the spotlight with an exciting new single on the way. Before heading over to the US for appearances at SxSW, Key Sung will be showcasing his electric live show to launch his new work. Rounding out this huge lineup will be the unique talents of electronic artists Planète and Corin, as well as acclaimed selector Jennifer Loveless.
