Aunty Ed's has got you covered with HAPPY HOUR every FRIDAY NIGHT from 9:00pm, with a side of some of the best live music the Blue Mountains has to offer. To get the party started tonight, JAMES GREENING will be dropping in for a couple of sets with JOHN STUART - come and say g'day!

Search JAMES GREENING – TROMBONE and a plethora of projects past and present will hit the screen. James Greening has been a leading voice in the music scene in Sydney and Australia for more than thirty years. Trombones, pocket trumpet, slide trumpet, tuba, sousaphone and diddly bow bass add to James’ diversity as a performer. His roots are in any music that grooves, expressed more often in jazz as a founding member of seminal Australian jazz bands such as Ten Part Invention, Wanderlust, the Catholics, the Umbrellas and the Australian Art Orchestra.

John Stuart, on the other hand, is a master of the seven­ string guitar. This amazing instrument allows John to cover the bass as well as provide the chordal accompaniment to his wide­ ranging repertoire. John is all about texture and space, switching between driving bass lines, and sparkling single line accompaniments. Bass solos? No extra charge.

The Blue Mountains come alive 'AFTER DARK' at Aunty Ed’s in Katoomba. Like all retro basement bar & live music joints, the vibe is casual, there's plenty of booths for you and your mates to sink into, there's a crackin' good kitchen if you're looking for something to eat and the Mountains largest selection of craft beer is on tap and in the fridge. To top it all off, there’s a ‘happy hour’ after 9pm and some killer tunes courtesy of some of the best live music acts in the Blue Mountains (and further afield) between 9:00 and 11:00 pm. We don’t take reservations after 8:30pm, so just rock up (first come, best dressed), grab yourself a drink and enjoy a little nightlife in the Blue Mountains. Oh . . . and this is a FREE EVENT!
