Jimmi Carr is a singer/songwriter from the Blue Mountains. He has released 6 albums and an EP under his own name including the brand new album 'The Ones That Got Away (rare and remixed)'. Jimmi's music moves through Folk, Blues, Alt-Country and Funk/Soul. It could be described as somewhere between Wilco, Ben Harper and Beck.

The recent Jimmi Carr Band album 'Second Story' has received airplay all over the country on stations including Triple J, FBI and ABC radio. Triple J's Roots n All presenter Nkechi Anele reviewed the first single, saying -

“[Free Right Now] brought a real smile to my face! The way this song saunters along is fantastic. Rhythmically so exciting and fun the whole thing comes together so masterfully. Bravo!" - 4.5 stars.
