Renowned for their emotional lyricism and powerful stage presence, Perth-based outfitJoan & The Giants have been captivating audiences with their distinctive brand of alt-pop.The band began with partners and longtime collaborators Grace Newton-Wordsworthand Aaron Birch, who formed Joan & The Giants in 2019.

Coming together from differentbackgrounds, Aaron from a remote Indigenous community in the Kimberley and Gracefrom a farm down South of WA, the couple are now based in Perth with band membersRiley Sutton and Liam Olsen.Come and join Joan & The Giants as they launch their highly anticipated debut EP ‘Me &You’, a collection of deeply personal songs that capture moments shared by two people.If you’re in need of some love, angsty rebellion or a touch of heartbreak; this indie pop EPhas all the emotions covered. The band are joined by Menagerie Choir, King Ibis and Young Robin as well as showcasing local art stalls.

​​​​​​​Most recently they have been nominated in two seperate categories of the WA MusicAwards 2022 for ’Folk’ and ‘Outstanding Indigenous’ and their latest singles ‘SlowMotion’ and ‘Home Song’ spent numerous weeks on the AMRAP Metro charts.
