A loose aggregation of some of Australia’s best improvising musicians, John Stuart’s Cosmic Lounge seeks to bring you the music of the spheres, without trying too hard. Usually performing as duos, Cosmic Lounge contributors will feature James Greening (trombone), Paul Cutlan (clarinets), Jess Ciampa (vibraphone) and Rachel Hannan (vocals), amongst others. All with John Stuart and his inimitable seven-string guitar. Every session at The Cosmic Lounge is different, featuring both well-known songs and original compositions.
