Following the frazzled freakbeat of 2016’s Nonagon Infinity LP, the magical mayhem of the national Gizzfest tour and their last loud summer lap on Laneway Festival it is very fitting that the endlessly inventive rock ‘n’ roll septet do Australian exclusive hometown launches for the new LP Flying Microtonal Banana (out Feb 24). It is their ninth studio album in five years, and the first of five to be recorded and released in 2017.

As well as being in 360 degree, in-the-round format, the Flying Microtonal Banana launches will have multiple banana related benefits and each show will feature 2 full Gizzard sets – one new album set and one classic.
