Local Americana legend Alan Caswell once said that 'this is the earliest gig I have ever played', well that was until he remembered that he started a gig at 2am once. There are no 2am gigs at Hotel Blue because all our guests are enjoying a good night's sleep, but when they wake, they expect a full cooked breakfast, and every Sunday they get a side of some of the best Blue Mountains musicians. Well, Mark Bishop isn't actually a local - he is from Glebe, Sydney. When we asked whether he minded getting up to travel to the Mountains for an 8am start, he said he would ordinarily be going for a 5:30am bike ride anyway so why not. All are welcome (whilst tables last) and a full buffet breakfast is included in the ticket price. First come, first served.
