Loose Mamaa formed here in the Blue Mountains over a love of improvisation, collaboration and letting go. They put their creative spirit on to interpretations of Little Wing, Come Together, Scarborough Fair and I need Your Love, to name a few. They also feature original songs in their first gig here at Hotel Blue. Each member brings a wealth of experience and personality to the band.

From Stormy Monday Big Band to the Southern Highlands Concert Band, Classical Quartets, Celtic and Jazz Combos - Jan Rhodes is a performer with diversity and a beautifully eclectic blend of vocals and piano.

Eddie Fischer, drums, has a long and diverse career stretching over several continents and music styles. Eddie was a member of the Trailblazers and the world music exponents Didjeridu Dingo. He toured the eastern states with country music legends, Red Lindsay and Chad Morgan. In 2014, Eddie recorded his first solo album at Sun Studios in Tennessee.

Colin Day brings years of playing the classical guitar and bass. Now putting all his focus and fingers into the electric guitar. Michael Walton is a classical guitar player turned bass player and composer. He and Colin recorded a CD of guitar duets. This will be Loose Mamaa's debut so join them for a night of rock, blues, jazz and getting "loose"!. 6:30-8:30pm, bar & kitchen open, free event.
