Welcome to Musica Copa 2021! We're super excited for you to join us this year and cannot wait to meet the team. Please add your details below so we can get all your team info together. Remember, there's a $1500 entry fee and all winnings will go to the charity of your choice.

Inclusions: Nike team kits, player insurance, complimentary food and drinks
Tournament format: 2 Divisions (group stages) with knockout rounds to the Grand Final for Div 1 teams
