Event Date: Wednesday 14 December
Timing:
1.00-1.30pm: Optus Presentation / formality on stage
1.30-5pm: Event. This is when you will be playing. 3.5hr set
Bump in: TBC Timing. Noting we will need to do sound check prior to 12pm
Bump out: 5pm post the Event wrapping

Audio PA system + mic + mic stand
Is there anything else you require?
Vibe: At the beginning it is definitely more of a chilled vibe; client has been pretty specific on it not being labeled as a party. In saying that, I think it could build slightly at the end of the day. There will be some alcohol served in the area (2 drinks per person kind of vibe), but it is more about all having a nice lunch together.
