The 'Winter Magic Revival Festival' weekend is all about raising funds to bring back the Winter Magic Festival as we remember it, in 2023. Whilst there are some premium live music stages to raise these much-needed funds, Aunty Ed's in Katoomba is pleased to be offering FREE LIVE MUSIC on Friday 26 August 2022 as part of the Winter Magic Revival Festival celebration for all those folks looking to par-tay. When you're looking to shake a tail feather in the Blue Mountains, there is no better band than PAPA GONZO to raise the roof, and Aunty Ed's is excited to welcome this band back.

Papa Gonzo returns to Aunty Eds’ with a musical menu of its various members playing a range of genres, perfectly matched to your Aunty Ed’s dining experience.

Entrée - Whet your appetite with the debut performance of the jazz quartet. A selection of Papa Gonzo band members play original interpretation of instrumental jazz pieces.

Mains - Your main course is our most tasty genre, original Jamaican ska and rocksteady. The full band plays mouth-watering, full flavoured pieces.

Desert - Relax after dinner with alternative improvisation: sweet grooves and delicious melodies, ending the night leaving you satiated and content.

Whilst this is a free event, we recommend arriving early as we Aunty Ed's will only be accepting walk-ins for this event. Don't worry though - there will be plenty of seats available, so come along from 8:45pm onwards and Aunty Ed's will do their best to find you a seat (until we're at capacity).
