We have a huge double header live in the Paddock with Sydney’s Bad Pony and Brisbane’s Pat Tierney joining us on their national tours.
Australian roots troubadour Pat Tierney is on a massive national tour supporting his latest single 'Spirit Of The Land'. An acoustic ballad with soaring slide guitar, fiddle and dreamy harmonies. Fresh off recent support shows with Mat McHugh (The Beautiful Girls) , Pat will be bringing his signature slide - guitar soaked sound to brand new audiences as he sets upon his most established national tour to date including shows in QLD, NSW, VIC and SA.
Inspired by the likes of Bob Dylan, Ben Harper and Bob Marley, Pat's eclectic sound continues to resonate with audiences throughout the country and across the world after the highly successful release of his debut album 'Wild World Blues' in June of last year which saw Pat featured on the QANTAS inflight music selection and strong radio play through the likes of ABC, Triple J and Community stations.
Sydney based indie rock revelers are hitting the Gold Coast as a part of their East Coast tour.
Bad Pony are five multi-instrumentalists with an award winning live show. Their latest release ‘Bottles’ is an eclectic mix of erratic and explosive drum fills, fuzzed out and glimmering synths, Foals inspired guitar licks and the endearing vocals of enigmatic front man, Jarred Young all combine to deliver on a fresh and exciting take on modern day indie-pop.
Don’t miss this huge night of live music at NightQuarter.
