Load In: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Soundcheck: 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm (Dj will meet the band to go over transitions from band to DJ)
Gala Cocktail Reception: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm (taking place in the Ritz Carlton Ballroom Foyer, 2nd floor)
Gala Awards Dinner: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm (DJ will have a break during this time. A band will play during dinner, and the audio tech will play music for the awards)
Party: 9:00 pm - 11:30 pm (DJ will go back and play during this time; taking place in the Ritz Carlton Ballroom, 2nd floor)
Loadout: 11:30 pm - 1:30 am

Music Requirements: the client wants the DJ to keep the dance floor hopping, read the crowd and ensure it's corporate-friendly (no swearing, vulgar comments, etc.).
