'Tycoon' is the debut single by Reverend Bones, an Exvangelical musician and activist.

A meditation on ambition, religion and capitalism, ‘Tycoon’ was inspired by Bones’ teenage crisis of faith after getting fleeced by an end-times American Evangelist.

The song is the first release from the Escape From Heaven album project. Releasing one song every month across 2021, Reverend Bones hopes to make space for people who have left fundamentalist beliefs to share their exit stories, too.

Tycoon premiered on Triple J on 25 January, and is out everywhere on the 29th.
