Load in: 2:00pm - 4:00pm

Soundcheck: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

Cocktails: 6:00pm - 7:00pm (DJ In Place)

Dinner: 7:00pm - 9:00pm (Live band in place)

Dancing: 9:00pm - 1:00am (A mixed blend between the live band and DJ, mixing in client's song requests)

Strike: 1:00am - 3:00am
