As part of it's 16 year anniversary celebration, Orlando's Sunday live music community tradition Southern Fried Sunday has teamed up with long running radio show Sunday Morning Coming Down, hosted by Joseph Martens, to bring a full day of Southern roots music, food, fun and fundraising to Sanford! Sunday Morning Coming Down will broadcast live from Tuffy's huge outdoor patio. Afterwards there will be performances by local live acts, paired with craft beers, cocktails, wine and Southern food by Swine & Sons! In true Southern Fried Sunday (SFS) fashion the event will also raise funds for folks in need. This event will be donating a portion of the $10 cover charge to CARE USA's Ukraine relief efforts, along with 100% of funds raised from a raffle of local goods, art and services.
Ukraine Relief via CARE USA: Families in Ukraine are fleeing violence & CARE is aiming to reach 4 million people with emergency assistance. 100% of proceeds from this benefit event's raffle & a % of door cover charge will be sent to CARE to help to provide food, water, and hygiene kits for Ukrainian people. CARE USA is an Charity Watch "A" Graded 501c3 non-profit based out of Atlanta GA, who works around the globe to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice.
