Load in/Soundcheck: 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
Performance/ Fair Runs: 2:45 pm - 5:00 pm
Potluck Dinner/Dancing: 5:00 pm - 9:45 pm (dinner music and dancing after if people drink enough)
Load out: 9:45 pm - 11:45 pm
