There was a time when people used to go to a pub on a Sunday arvo and listen to what some local band called 'music' (but was considered offensive to anyone who was in earshot). Well, Hotel Blue is a historic guesthouse (not a pub) and some of the best musicians in Australia happen to live in The Blue Mountains. Join us this week as we welcome Peter Armstrong on stage! Pete competed at CCMA National Talent Quest earlier in the year at the Tamworth Country Music Festival. He competed in the Senior Male Vocals section, the Senior Song-writers section and the Golden Oldie Section, and was awarded medallions for each section. He went on to win the Golden Oldie section (congratulations Pete!). Pete was one of three Blue Mountains musicians to walk away from Tamworth this year with honours so take this opportunity to see a local music legend.
