A Brazilian treasure, São Paulo born and New York based Béco Dranoff is an award-winning music producer and selector. His productions include the two Red Hot + Rio compilations, Bebel Gilberto’s Grammy-nominated Tanto Tempo, and, with David Byrne, Everything is Possible: The Best of Os Mutantes.

Béco’s DJ sets combine timeless classics, modern sounds and re-edits of obscure gems to create a discovery voyage in search of the “Brazilian Perfect Beat”. Expect to hear a unique blend of Rio funk, forró, mangue beat, samba, mash-ups, Tropicália, bass, carimbó, tecnobrega and all their permutations.
