12pm – Arrival and Set Up

12:30pm – Boxed Lunches will be provided

5pm – 6pm – Cocktail Reception – We will use the playlist.

6pm – 6:15pm – Music is lowered for an announcement to take a group photo

6:15pm – Announcement for buffet opening and everyone will come into the main room.

6:15pm – 7:15pm – 3 Announcements will made while Thomas is playing.

7:15pm - Oven Mitt Game (Sonia to run this game)– everyone will get a few seconds to try and unwrap the gift while wearing oven mitts. When the music stops, pass the gift to the next person to try. First person to unwrap it, wins it!

7:45pm - Name That Tune (Katie to run this game)- Music will play, you have to guess the artist, and name of the singer. You should have this list.

8:30pm - Musical Chairs (Anujan to run this game)– Music will play, when the music stops, grab a chair! If you don’t get a chair, you're out! Last person to get the chair, wins!

8;40pm – 1:00am – Dance Party
