Perth’s melodic skate-punkers The Decline are back at it again, hitting up Four5Nine on Saturday, August 30 for an evening soirée of all the songs they remember how to play from their five "critically acclaimed" studio albums.

This will be a very special event as it also features  Alex The Kid – local Perth/Geraldton heroes who will be performing again for the first time in forever, unlike The Decline who are performing in Perth for the first time in approximately 3 months.

Joining the chaos are and Getting Dumber who play in Perth pretty often and to varying degrees of excitement from the local community there. “Did you see Ratsalad galivanting around Europe playing to massive crowds last month?” comments local show-organiser and band-manager Lord Ross Butson the 5. “Well, we did, so we’re trying to capitalise on it while we still can!”

Last time the Decline played Four5Nine it sold out before the doors opened, so tickets won’t last long for this mega-punk-blockbuster-once-in-a-lifetime-event of four of Perth’s best, or at least oldest bands.

So dust off your old band shirt, tell your chiropractor you’re going to a gig, and come hang out before Alex The Kid go back on hiatus! Tickets are $20 from Oztix.
