The Woodland Hunters are a guitar band from Melbourne, Australia. Two members also play in flower punk outfit The Sand Pebbles. 
Inspired by the freewheeling mercury sounds of 60’s psych, 70’s jam bands and 80’s and 90’s underground scenes The Woodland Hunters have somehow managed to meld their twin guitar, bass & drums line-up into something uniquely their own.
Preceded by first single ‘Dead Cities’, the band will launch their second album The Thoughts of Chairman Jim, a bunch of new songs that aim to answer the question ‘what exactly is this weird shit we’re living through right now?’ Expect fuzzed up guitars, relentless grooves and a propensity to kick out the jams when the Muse comes a-calling…
