The Temperance Society welcomes many through its doors. This coming Thursday "Echo Deer" will be joining us.

Echo Deer sing songs about love, drinking, death and desire. Taking inspiration from JJ Cale, Gillian Welch, CSNY and Townes Van Zandt, their sets feature folk ballads, country bawlers, blues and bluegrass tunes, all supported by sweet harmonies.


Echo Deer includes the vocals and fingerpicking of Dave Perram (CJ Shaw, Billygoat & the Mongrels), the blistering banjo of Lex Grivas (Heavy Daze), the baritone voice and double bass of Ben Prest (the High Ceilings), the lead guitar of Simon Wegman (Foreign Electric) and the amazing Hollie Matthew (Swamp Fat Jangles) singing and hitting the skins.
